Terms and Conditions

Hi there! Thank you for your interest in commissioning a piece from me. Please take a moment to review the following terms, which ensure a smooth and transparent process for both of us.

Payment & Planning:

• A 50% deposit is required upfront to begin the planning phase. The planning of the artwork will be done digitally, regardless of whether the finished piece is digital or traditional.

• During the planning phase, if for any reason our working relationship doesn’t work out, you are eligible for up to a 50% refund on your deposit.

• Once the planning phase is complete, the remaining balance is due. At that point, the initial deposit becomes non-refundable. If you decide to cancel after the planning phase, a refund of up to 50% of the remaining fee may be provided.

• If, for any reason, I am unable to complete the artwork, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping:

• The quoted price covers postage within the UK. Additional postage fees may apply for deliveries outside the UK.

Usage Rights:

• The listed rates are for personal use only. If you’d like to discuss commercial use (e.g., merchandise, advertising, resale), please get in touch so we can explore the options together.

Turnaround Time:

• My standard turnaround time is up to 1 month. For more complex pieces (which require extra varnishing and intricate details), the turnaround time is 6 weeks.

• If you need your commission completed faster than these timelines, please let me know—I’m happy to check my schedule and see if we can accommodate your request.

Approval & Privacy:

• I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

• By default, I reserve the right to showcase your completed commission in my online portfolio and occasionally livestream the painting process. If you prefer your commission to remain completely private, please specify this in your request.
